Mindful Living Course
Reconnect with yourself. Find calm. Create space for what matters.
A gentle 8-week mindfulness journey for women navigating change, caring for others, and reconnecting with themselves.
Have you spent years caring for others, holding everything together, and being the person everyone turns to?
Perhaps your children are now adults and life feels different. Maybe work has changed, retirement has arrived, or you find yourself supporting ageing parents while trying to find your own balance.
Sometimes these shifts happen so gradually that we barely notice. Life looks a little different from what we expected. We may be left wondering:
“Who am I now?”
“What does the next chapter look like for me?”
“How can I feel more in touch with what I want?”
This gentle 8-week journey is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore what matters most to you now.
Discover simple, practical ways to bring more awareness and peace of mind into your everyday life.
Connect with other women and learn to pause without guilt. Reclaim some clarity so you can respond to life with more choice.

For many years, you've probably been the organiser, the supporter, the problem-solver.
Maybe you're used to putting everyone else first.
But when those roles begin to change, it can leave space for questions you've never quite had the time to ask:
-
What do I need?
-
What brings me joy
-
What matters to me now?
-
How can I create a life that feels meaningful?
Does this sound familiar?
You've spent years being needed, and now you're asking:
What do I need?
You might be feeling:
- Like your mind is always full of things to organise, remember or manage
- Unsure how to navigate changes in family work or your role in life
- That you have lost touch with your sense of self
- Guilty about slowing down or making time for yourself
- Ready for more spaciousness, peace and balance
- Curious about what this next chapter could look like for you
You don’t need to have experience with mindfulness or meditation.
You don’t need to be “good” at it.
You simply need curiosity and a willingness to explore.
What you'll discover over this 8 weeks:
This professionally led course is an 8 week program that encompasses a science backed approach. Through guided practices, reflection and supportive discussion, you will explore:
Being present
Learn how to step out of autopilot and become more aware of your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
Understanding your mind
Discover how your thoughts influence your emotions and learn ways to create more space around them.
Responding rather than reacting
Develop tools to handle challenges with greater calm and compassion.
Looking after yourself
Explore what it means to prioritise your own wellbeing without guilt.
Finding your next chapter
Reconnect with your values, your strengths and the person you are becoming.
A practical approach to mindfulness
Mindfulness is often misunderstood.
It isn’t about sitting perfectly still, clearing your mind, or escaping from everyday life.
It's about bringing more awareness into the life you already have.
A few minutes of mindful attention can help you notice what is happening, make different choices, and create moments of calm even in busy or uncertain times.
Your 8-week journey
Over the course of eight weeks, you will be guided through practices and conversations that help you build mindfulness into everyday life.
You will have the opportunity to:
- learn simple mindfulness techniques
- develop a regular practice that feels realistic
- reflect on your experiences
- share with others in a welcoming and supportive environment
- create habits that support your wellbeing beyond the course

Meet Your Mindfulness Guide
I never really considered stress a problem. Like many capable women, I saw it as something that helped me achieve, stay organised and keep everything moving.
But there were moments when the responsibilities I had taken on became too much - leading to frustration, exhaustion, resentment and the feeling that I was constantly running on empty.
Discovering mindfulness changed the way I understood myself.
I learned how our minds and bodies respond to pressure, constant thinking and emotional challenges. I discovered that small moments of awareness, kindness and compassion could create real change — helping us build resilience, clarity and a deeper connection with ourselves.
My own experience inspired me to share this knowledge with other women — to help them understand their minds, navigate life changes with greater ease, and reconnect with their calm, confidence and sense of self.
