Course Details
This empowering 8 week course is hosted face to face in Hoylake, Wirral. It includes:
- Duration: 8 weeks, 1.5 to 2 hours per session
- Format: Face-to-face, Hoylake Community Centre
- Group Size: 4-6 participants

- Masters degree in mindfulness, Aberdeen University
- Trained by the British Mindfulness Association
- Experienced life coach and NLP practitioner
- 30+ years in corporate systems, & I.T, understanding real-world stress.
