I can't believe May is here. A beautiful time of year: the temperature rises, we see more blue skies, and of course more wildlife. I've recently moved house so I'm enjoying watching the shrubs come to life and finding out what's in my new garden.

Hi, I’m Julie
I'm passionate about helping people discover a less stressed, more balanced way of living.
I never really considered stress a problem, because it drove me and helped me to achieve. But every so often, I hit a tipping point where the responsibilities I'd taken on, became too much. That led to resentment and finally exhaustion.
Mindfulness changed everything. I learned how our minds and bodies respond to stress and constant thoughts - and for the first time, I realised I wasn't broken.
This was a light bulb moment!
