At Just Breathe, we know that mindfulness is more than a lie down at the end of the Yoga class.  With the right support it can lead to personal transformation.  Our day retreats and short courses all provide the direction you need to use mindfulness for your own well being and personal growth.  We work in small groups of up to 12 people so everyone feels they can contribute if they want.  When you do come along to an event you'll meet some lovely like minded people along the way.
