The Mindful Living Course is the perfect introduction to mindfulness for anyone wanting a greater insight into how mindfulness improves their emotional well being and supports a desire to lead a more authentic life.  It can also be a starting point for anyone wishing to embark on a mindfulness teaching career or a bit of a refresher if you've fallen out of the habit of practicing. 

We are opening registration to anyone who is interested in attending a course in 2025.  Providing the information below means we can schedule our courses at the times and locations that suit the majority.
