The course comprises of a series of thirty minute videos that your employees can follow in their own time, with complete discretion.

We know there are platforms out there providing access to thousands of courses for a monthly fee. We also know that many of those courses sit on their virtual shelf, unopened. At Just Breathe, we only offer mindfulness and stress interruption courses. To provide companies with the most effective pricing we offer group licensing and hybrid models where the employees who want to follow the course, make a contribution towards the cost. You know your staff best, but we find that not everyone has the same motivation when a course is free.
Option One - Company Purchase
The company purchases ten licenses and one is provided free of charge - £3950.00
The company circulates an email with the course link and a code enabling any employee to sign up anonymously for free.
Just Breathe manages the licenses and will advise when all 11 have been utilised. To maintain anonymity we're happy to receive leaver details so we can free up places when appropriate.
There are no further charges for the course, but an annual admin fee of 5% is invoiced from year two - £197.50 (subject to the usual inflation considerations)
Option Two - Joint Purchase
The company buys access to ten licenses at 75% of their cost - £2960.00
The company circulates an email with the course link and a code enabling any employee to sign up anonymously for £99.00.
Just Breathe manages the licenses and will advise when they have been utilised. To maintain anonymity we are happy to receive leaver lists so we can free up their places when appropriate.
There are no further charges for the course, but an annual admin fee of £197.50 (subject to the usual inflation considerations) is invoiced from year two.
