It's time to gently ease ourselves into the year ahead. 

Described by our guests as a spa for the mind, this is a day of real down time.  This time around, we're delighted to be holding it in the stunning surroundings of Ness Gardens.

This is your chance to switch off and let the calming voice of the retreat guide wash over you.  Time spent in adult company with like minded people. 

You'll be with us from 10 - 3.30, here's what you can expect:

Cancellation Policy: As the venue requires payments in advance, we cannot accept cancellations after 7th February unless we are able to re-sell your place.
