Mindful Living

Mindfulness has been around for thousands of years but here in the West we are only just finding out about it's powerful benefits.

It's proven to support emotional well being but also to give us insights into how the world works for us. 

Wednesday 29th October - 17th December, 7pm - 9pm over zoom. 

Included in the course fee: 

  • 8 weekly sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours with an expert mindfulness practitioner 
  • Guided practices to explore the mind, body and emotional balance
  • Introduction to the benefits of kindness and science of compassion
  • An understanding of mindfulness and neuroscience
  • Free lifetime access to an APP to support your practice
  • A free course book
  • Certification from the British Mindfulness Association, a foundation for further studies should you decide to take up further learning or a teaching qualification.

This course is not therapy and results will vary.  Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns about taking the course.
