Mindful Living

By the end of this 8-week course you'll feel calmer, more present and more confident in navigating life's challenges. 

Course Date & Location

Monday 1st February, 3.00 - 5.00pm  Hoylake, Wirral.

Some practices are guided lying down, but the majority are seated.
